Packages
All Package prices are subject to change, prices and services included may change without notice. ProOpt Computer Services CC will not be held liable to any outdated information, be it on the website or any other means. Packages are only valid for a single computer. Services within a package may not be divided up between computers.
Warranty
ProOpt Computer Services CC provides a limited 7 day warranty for workmanship and services rendered. Provided that the user has not modified the computer in any way, following a service carried out. The warranty does not include any hardware, whatsoever.
Any sale does not include delivery.
Payment must be made before the order is processed, the order will be processed once the money is reflected in our account, or a verifiable proof of payment has been supplied to us.
Payment accepted by EFT, other payment methods are available by prior arrangement.
Warranty
Any internal components bought from ProOpt and installed into a pc must be performed by a ProOpt technician or other recognised computer technicians. Should the device be installed an unrecognised person or entity, the warranty will be voidable at ProOpt Computer Services CC’s discretion.
