How ProOpt saves you money
ProOpt has a unique pricing policy. Our services are priced at a flat rate, there is no hourly charge. For example, a callout by a ProOpt technician will cost R200 plus whatever the technician is called to do e.g. an X-10 Optimization Package at R169. It does not matter how long the callout lasts, the bill will be R369. This method of pricing has proven to be fair and is better than an hourly rate. You are not going to be billed R1000 if the technician spends 3 hours fighting with your computer. The R200 callout fee only applies once, it does not matter how many computers require attention. E.g. R200 callout + 3 X-10 Optimization Packages = R707
ProOpt and the environment
We believe that it is everyone’s duty to look after the environment. Computers are made of 100s of different materials which are not biodegradable, difficult to recycle and are harmful to the environment when disposed of. Allowing ProOpt to optimize a machine and extend its useful life will lessen waist.
Sustainability
Should you find you need a new computer, that the old one is no longer suitable for your needs, ProOpt will provide an ideal solution for your new pc. You then have the option of allowing us to remove your old pc, refurbish it and donate it to a worthy charity. There are a lot of less fortunate people who need help. This service is free of charge and may qualify for a discount on new computer components.
